Orders over $50 before taxes to a Canadian address are shipped free of charge via standard free shipping. Please note that Remote Area Exceptions apply (view below).
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10-6pm ET. Any orders received after this time will be processed the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
All “In-Stock” status items are shipped via regular mail within 24-48 business hours of your order being processed.
- Regular Parcel: 2-4 business days
- Xpresspost: 1-2 business days
If we discover an “in-stock” item that is not available for whatever reason, you will be notified via email or by phone of the options available to you prior to your order being processed. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason.
You will be notified by email when your order is being shipped to you. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
Free in-store pick up available on all orders. At checkout, choose “In-Store Pickup”. The processing of your order may take up to 24 hours. An order confirmation email does not mean your order is ready for pick up; please wait until you have received an email notification indicating your order is ready to be picked up.
Please bring your order confirmation email with order number, as well a government issued photo ID.
With our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours from time of order.
Cancellations can be done by phone at 514-899-1110 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request. We will then notify you if your order is eligible to be cancelled. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not confirm that your order has been cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy.
Please note that furniture items (cribs, dressers, nightstands, beds, and select rocking chairs and gliders) are not eligible for free shipping. For more information on our furniture delivery or to inquire about additional delivery options please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com or by phone at 514-899-1110.
We ask that you inspect all furniture pieces upon delivery. If the products arrive damaged please sign for the item as 'Damaged' and advise the driver. Please then contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and advise of the damages so that we can proceed in assisting you.
In the event of a manufacture defect, please contact us email@example.com. All manufacture defects must be reported no later than 2 business days from the date the item was delivered or picked up in store. We require our customers to take photos showcasing the damage/defect, a copy of the original receipt, model number, item description and a brief description of the issue.
REMOTE AREA EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our free shipping to certain remote areas due to the higher cost of shipping, however shipping is still available at a discounted price.
