Returns & Exchanges
How can I return/exchange my
order?
Online Purchases:
Bebe Depot hopes you
are happy with your online purchase, however if for any reason you are
unsatisfied we will gladly issue an exchange or credit within 14 days of
receiving your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, at this time we
do not provide refunds.
Merchandise must be
its original purchased condition, unused, and in its original (unopened)
packaging. Please note that some items are final sale, and cannot be exchanged
or credited. No exchanges or credits will be issued without
the original receipt. Any items on sale will be a finale sale.
Purchases made online
can be returned in-store or by mail. Please note that you will be responsible
for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable;
unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
In order to return an
item via mail for online purchase, please contact us by email at service@bebedepotplus.com.
You will be sent a Return Authorization form that will need to be filled out in
order to process your exchange or credit.
In-Store Purchases:
Bebe Depot hopes you
are happy with your in-store purchase, however if for any reason you are
unsatisfied we will gladly issue an exchange or credit within 14 days of
purchase. Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide
refunds.
Merchandise must be
its original purchased condition, unused, and in its original (unopened)
packaging. Please note that some items are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or
credited. No exchanges or credits will be issued without the

Purchases made
in store can only be returned in store.
Special Orders:
All special orders, including furniture items are final sales and cannot be
cancelled. Special orders are items that we do not have in stock and have an
estimated order lead time. Once your order has been placed and paid (or deposit
left), they cannot be returned and are a final sale. You will be
informed of the estimated order time for your items prior to completing the
special order. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Please note that estimates are given based on information provided by the supplier
and out of our control; Bebe Depot is not responsible for supplier delays or
back orders. As soon as the order arrives in store you will be contacted or it
will be shipped to you.
Can I cancel my order?
With our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation
requests must be submitted within 2 hours from time of order.
Cancellations can be done by phone at 514-899-1110 or service@bebedepotplus.com with
your cancellation request. We will then notify you if your order is eligible to
be cancelled. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not
confirm that your order has been cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed
in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please
refer to our return policy.
What should I do if I
receive an incorrect or damaged order?
If you received an
incorrect or damaged order, we apologize and will do our best to make it right!
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please email us pictures of your damaged item, as well as your order number or copy of your receipt to service@bebedepotplus.com and we will further assist you.
